Operations and Customer Service Executive
Job Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
- Monitor and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Qualifications:
- Age between 18-30 (Preferably female)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala,
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong passion for quality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A self-learner who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and continually seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
