Operations and Customer Service Executive

Job Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure stock availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Monitor and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

Qualifications:

  • Age between 18-30 (Preferably female)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Packages and Google Applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. 
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong passion for quality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • A self-learner who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and continually seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
